- Discover tattoo studios and artists
- Explore tattoo inspiration
- Communicate with studios
- Book tattoo sessions
InkSesh acts only as a marketplace platform connecting clients with tattoo studios and artists.
InkSesh does not provide tattoo services directly.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use InkSesh. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. User Accounts
Users may create accounts using:
- Mobile number
- Email address
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
4. Studio Listings
Studios and artists may appear on the platform only after approval by InkSesh.
InkSesh may:
- approve
- reject
- remove
- modify
studio listings at its discretion. Studios are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their listings.
5. Bookings
InkSesh may facilitate appointment bookings between users and studios. However:
- The tattoo service is provided directly by the studio
- Studios are responsible for the quality, safety, and hygiene of the service
InkSesh is not responsible for the outcome of tattoo services.
6. Payments
Payments from clients to studios/ artists may occur:
- through the platform (via payment gateways)
- directly with the studio/ artist
InkSesh may introduce commissions or platform fees for studios/ artists in the future. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.
7. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
- upload illegal or harmful content
- impersonate others
- misuse the platform
- harass studios or other users
- attempt to bypass platform safeguards
8. User Content
Users and studios may upload images, messages, and portfolio content. By uploading content, you grant InkSesh a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. Users must ensure they have the right to share the content.
9. Platform Availability
We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted access
- error-free operation
InkSesh may modify or discontinue features at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
InkSesh acts only as a technology platform.
We are not responsible for:
- tattoo service quality
- health or safety outcomes
- disputes between users and studios
- pricing set by studios
- cancellations or rescheduling
Any agreement for tattoo services is between the client and the studio.
11. Disputes Between Users and Studios
Any disputes regarding tattoo services must be resolved directly between the client and the studio. InkSesh may assist in communication but is not responsible for dispute resolution.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- violate these Terms
- misuse the platform
- engage in harmful or fraudulent activity
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
