InkSesh allows users, studios, and artists to upload images and content to help:
- showcase tattoo portfolios
- share tattoo inspiration
- communicate design ideas
- provide studio information
To maintain a safe, respectful, and trustworthy platform, all content must follow the guidelines below.
2. Types of Content Allowed
The following types of content may be uploaded on InkSesh:
Tattoo Portfolio Images
Studios and artists may upload images of tattoos they have created.
Tattoo Inspiration Images
Users may upload reference images to discuss ideas with studios or artists.
Studio Photos
Studios may upload images showing:
- the studio space
- equipment
- hygiene practices
- amenities
Profile Images
Artists and studios may upload profile photos.
3. Content Ownership & Rights
You may only upload content if one of the following applies:
- You own the content, or
- You created the tattoo work, or
- You have permission from the copyright owner, or
- The content is licensed for reuse
Studios and artists must ensure that portfolio images represent their own work unless explicitly credited otherwise.
Uploading another artist's work as your own is strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibited Content
The following content is not allowed on InkSesh:
Copyright Infringement
Content that:
- copies another artist's work without permission
- falsely claims ownership of tattoo designs
- violates copyright or intellectual property rights
Offensive or Hate Content
Images or designs that promote:
- hate speech
- discrimination
- extremist ideologies
- violence against individuals or groups
Explicit Sexual Content
While tattoos may appear on various body parts, the following are not allowed:
- explicit nudity
- pornographic imagery
- sexually explicit photos
Images showing tattoos on sensitive body areas may be removed at our discretion.
Illegal or Harmful Content
Content depicting or promoting:
- illegal activity
- self-harm
- harassment or abuse
- threats or violence
Misleading or Fraudulent Content
Studios or artists must not upload content that:
- falsely represents their skills or work
- misrepresents studio facilities
- uses heavily edited or AI-generated work to claim real tattoo results
5. Image Quality Guidelines
To maintain a high-quality platform experience, we recommend that uploaded images:
- clearly show the tattoo work
- are properly lit and in focus
- avoid excessive filters or overlays
- represent the actual tattoo outcome
InkSesh may remove images that are extremely low quality or misleading.
6. Platform Rights
InkSesh reserves the right to:
- review uploaded content
- remove content that violates this policy
- suspend accounts repeatedly uploading prohibited content
- restrict studios or users who misuse the platform
Content moderation may occur manually or through automated tools.
7. Reporting Content
If you believe content on InkSesh:
- violates copyright
- misrepresents tattoo work
- contains offensive or harmful material

8. Repeat Violations
Users, studios, or artists who repeatedly violate this policy may face:
- content removal
- account suspension
- permanent removal from the platform
